I was pretty hot tempered today. Just had an arguement with the Sales Manager... I was trying to help yet he screamed and yelled at me. Crazy Man!!~~~

All the colleagues were trying to help him solve some problem, and yet he dun even bother about it.... Just scream and yell saying "nothing got to do with me, you guys better find out yourself!" THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS!! It's him who make all these mistake and yet he still can push everything to us...

As a Manager himself, he should be responsible to everything, not relying on others. Moreover I was trying to help and yet he screamed and yelled at me. What's more?? He want to snatch things from me.... He was acting like a small kid!!!~

All the staff do not encounter this problem at all, but he is the ONLY one that always make trouble for us..... He even got the guts to say we did not do our job properly. He was the one who did not do his job properly. We were told by our superior that we don't have to help him to solve these kind of thing and yet he keep throwing these problem to us.... It was so UNFAIR!!~

As a Manager, he should do a good example to us and not creating problem and ask us to clean his mess!

Boring morning... Sitting in the office waiting for lunch time now...
